Review Credible is a service-backed reputation growth system. It may use software, automation, third-party tools, customer workflows, website embeds, SMS, email, forms, and related technology to provide services.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you represent to use Review Credible services.

By submitting information or using our services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to provide information, approve communications, and enter into service arrangements for that business.

4. Website Use

You agree to use the Review Credible website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the operation, security, or functionality of the website.

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, interfere with forms or systems, or use the website for fraudulent or misleading activity.

5. Services Provided

Review Credible may provide services that include, but are not limited to:

6. Qualification and Client Acceptance

Submitting a form, requesting information, or completing a qualification form does not guarantee acceptance as a client or eligibility for any specific plan, price, feature, or service.

Review Credible may review business type, industry, job volume, current software, reputation goals, communication practices, and other factors before determining whether a business is a good fit.

Review Credible may decline to work with a business for any reason, including but not limited to concerns about review manipulation, fake review activity, poor fit, compliance risk, or unsupported workflows.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, necessary access, timely approvals, business details, customer data where applicable, and any materials needed to provide services.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate rights, permissions, and consent to use customer contact information for review requests, referral requests, SMS, email, and related communications.

Clients are responsible for the quality of their own services, customer experience, business operations, offers, pricing, customer relationships, and compliance with applicable laws, rules, platform policies, and industry requirements.

8. Review and Reputation Compliance

Review Credible is built to support legitimate review requests from real customers.

Review Credible does not support:

• Fake reviews
• Review buying
• Misleading review activity
• Review manipulation
• Impersonation
• Posting reviews on behalf of customers
• Using incentives in a way that violates platform rules
• Blocking unhappy customers from leaving public reviews
• Only asking happy customers for reviews while suppressing negative feedback

Clients agree not to use Review Credible services for fraudulent, misleading, unethical, or non-compliant review practices.

Review Credible does not control third-party review platforms, including Google, and cannot guarantee that reviews will be posted, displayed, removed, filtered, ranked, or counted by any review platform.

9. SMS and Email Communications

Review Credible may support SMS and email communications for review requests, referral requests, customer follow-up, qualification, service communication, and related business purposes.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that SMS and email communications comply with applicable consent requirements, carrier rules, platform rules, anti-spam laws, privacy laws, and customer communication requirements.

For SMS communications:

• Message frequency may vary.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Recipients may opt out by replying STOP.
• Recipients may request help by replying HELP.
• SMS consent should not be sold or shared with third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

For email communications:

• Recipients should have appropriate consent or business relationship permissions where required.
• Marketing emails should include an unsubscribe option where applicable.

10. Payments, Billing, and Subscriptions

Review Credible may offer monthly plans, launch pricing, custom pricing, setup services, subscriptions, or other paid services.

Pricing, billing terms, payment methods, due dates, cancellation terms, and included services may vary depending on the plan or agreement.

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement:

• Payments are due according to the selected plan or invoice.
• Services may be paused, suspended, or terminated for failed or overdue payments.
• Setup fees, monthly fees, and custom project fees may be non-refundable once work has started.
• Launch pricing may change as features, integrations, and service levels are added.

Any specific cancellation, refund, or contract terms should be confirmed in writing before services begin.

Review Credible may use or connect with third-party platforms and services, including but not limited to:

• ServiceTitan
• Housecall Pro
• Jobber

• Workiz
• Sera
• QuickBooks
• Email platforms
• SMS providers
• Website platforms
• Analytics tools
• Payment processors
• CRM systems
• Automation tools

Third-party platforms are controlled by their respective providers. Review Credible is not responsible for outages, errors, changes, limitations, data loss, account restrictions, pricing changes, policy changes, or functionality changes caused by third-party platforms.

Integration availability depends on the client's software, permissions, account access, available APIs, automation options, technical limitations, and workflow requirements.

12. Website Review Widgets and Content

Review Credible may provide website review widgets, embedded review sections, trust proof blocks, testimonials, badges, reputation summaries, or related website content.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that website content, reviews, testimonials, claims, logos, images, and business information are accurate, authorized, and compliant with applicable rules and laws.

Review Credible may rely on information provided by the client or third-party platforms when displaying review proof or reputation content.

13. Intellectual Property

The Review Credible website, branding, design, copy, graphics, workflows, page layouts, processes, service materials, and related intellectual property are owned by Review Credible or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from Review Credible materials without written permission.

Clients retain ownership of their own business names, logos, customer lists, website content, and materials they provide, subject to any rights granted to Review Credible for service delivery.

14. Client Content and Data

Clients may provide business information, customer data, review links, website access, logos, images, customer lists, form submissions, or other content needed to provide services.

Clients represent that they have the necessary rights, permissions, consent, and authority to provide this information to Review Credible and allow it to be used for the requested services.

Review Credible may use client-provided content and data to deliver services, create workflows, build widgets, send communications, provide reporting, and support reputation growth.

15. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Review Credible services to:

• Create fake reviews
• Buy reviews
• Manipulate review platforms
• Send unlawful or unauthorized SMS messages
• Send spam or misleading emails
• Impersonate customers
• Misrepresent customer experiences
• Upload malicious code
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems
• Violate third-party platform policies
• Violate applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, threaten, or abuse others
• Use services for fraudulent or deceptive activity

Review Credible may suspend or terminate services if prohibited activity is suspected.

16. No Guarantees

Review Credible does not guarantee specific results, including review counts, star ratings, Google rankings, website conversions, leads, referrals, revenue, search visibility, customer responses, or business growth.

Results depend on many factors, including job volume, customer experience, market conditions, existing reputation, software setup, follow-up timing, customer behavior, platform rules, competition, and business operations.

Any examples, case studies, statistics, or testimonials are provided for informational purposes and should not be interpreted as guarantees.

17. Disclaimers

The website and services are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Review Credible makes no warranties that the website or services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every third-party platform, or able to produce any specific result.

Review Credible does not provide legal advice. Clients should consult qualified legal counsel regarding review compliance, SMS compliance, privacy requirements, advertising rules, and other legal obligations.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Review Credible and its owners, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages.

This includes but is not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost business opportunities, platform restrictions, third-party outages, customer complaints, review platform decisions, or reputational harm.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Review Credible's total liability for any claim related to the website or services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client to Review Credible during the 3 months before the claim arose.

19. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Review Credible and its owners, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the website or services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of applicable laws or third-party policies
• Your customer communications
• Your review practices
• Your customer data or content
• Your business operations
• Your misuse of Review Credible services

20. Termination

Review Credible may suspend or terminate access to services if a client violates these Terms, fails to pay, engages in prohibited activity, creates compliance risk, misuses services, or otherwise creates a business or legal concern.

Clients may cancel services according to the cancellation terms in their plan, invoice, subscription, or written agreement.

Termination does not relieve a client of payment obligations already incurred.

21. Changes to Services or Terms

Review Credible may update services, features, pricing, workflows, third-party tools, integrations, and these Terms from time to time.

When these Terms are updated, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted means you acknowledge the updated Terms.

22. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be handled in the courts located in Dorchester, South Carolina, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
