1. Introduction
These SMS Terms explain how Review Credible may send or support text message communications. By providing a phone number, submitting a form, opting in to receive messages, or otherwise agreeing to receive SMS communications, you agree to these SMS Terms.
For purposes of these SMS Terms, "Review Credible," "we," "us," or "our" refers to Review Credible LLC, doing business as Review Credible.
These SMS Terms apply to text messages sent by or on behalf of Review Credible, as well as SMS workflows that Review Credible may help configure, support, or manage for clients.
2. SMS Program Description
Review Credible may use SMS communications for business-related purposes, including website inquiries, qualification form follow-up, service updates, review request workflows, referral workflows, reputation support, account communication, and customer support.
Review Credible may also help clients create SMS workflows for legitimate customer follow-up, including review requests and referral-related communications after real customer experiences.
3. Types of Messages
SMS messages may include, but are not limited to:
- Qualification form follow-up
- Contact form responses
- Service-related messages
- Review request messages
- Referral request messages
- Customer feedback messages
- Reputation workflow updates
- Account or setup communication
- Support communication
- Appointment or call reminders when applicable
- General business communication related to Review Credible services
Message content may vary based on the form submitted, service requested, client workflow, and approved communication setup.
4. Consent to Receive SMS Messages
By providing your phone number and submitting a form, checking a consent box, opting in through a web form, replying to an SMS message, or otherwise providing consent, you agree that Review Credible may contact you by SMS for the purposes described in these SMS Terms.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchase unless clearly stated in a specific workflow.
If you are a client using Review Credible services to contact your own customers, you are responsible for making sure you have the proper consent, permissions, and legal basis to send SMS communications to those customers.
5. Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication, the service requested, the workflow used, and the interaction between the recipient, Review Credible, and the applicable business.
Some users may receive only one or two messages related to an inquiry. Others may receive additional messages related to qualification, service setup, support, review requests, referral workflows, or account communication.
6. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Charges may be billed by your mobile carrier depending on your wireless plan.
Review Credible is not responsible for any message, data, or carrier charges that may apply to SMS communications.
7. Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive.
After replying STOP, you may receive a confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you should no longer receive SMS messages from that specific messaging program unless you opt in again.
Depending on the messaging provider, other opt-out keywords may also be supported, such as UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.
If you are receiving SMS messages from a Review Credible client, replying STOP should opt you out from that specific messaging workflow or sender as supported by the messaging platform.

9. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent, guardian, or authorized business representative to receive SMS communications.
By opting in to SMS messages or providing a mobile number, you represent that you are the account holder or have permission to use the mobile number provided.
10. Client Customer Communications
Review Credible may help clients send review requests, referral requests, feedback requests, or other customer follow-up messages by SMS.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that customer phone numbers were collected lawfully and that customers have provided any required consent to receive SMS communications.
Clients are responsible for the accuracy of customer data, the timing of messages, the business relationship with recipients, and compliance with applicable SMS, privacy, carrier, platform, and communication requirements.
11. Client Responsibilities
Clients using Review Credible SMS workflows are responsible for:
- Obtaining proper consent from customers where required
- Maintaining accurate customer contact information
- Honoring opt-out requests
- Avoiding spam or misleading messages
- Using SMS only for legitimate business purposes
- Complying with applicable laws, platform rules, carrier requirements, and industry standards
- Avoiding prohibited review practices
- Reviewing and approving message content when required
- Providing accurate business identification in messages where appropriate
Review Credible may suspend or refuse SMS workflows that appear to create compliance risk, abuse risk, spam risk, or platform policy concerns.
12. Review Request and Referral Messages
Review Credible may support SMS messages related to review requests and referral opportunities.
Review request messages should be sent only to real customers after real customer experiences. Review Credible does not support fake reviews, review buying, review manipulation, impersonation, or misleading review practices.
Referral messages should be clear, honest, and consistent with applicable rules, laws, and platform requirements.
Review Credible does not guarantee that any recipient will leave a review, provide feedback, submit a referral, or take any requested action.
13. No Guaranteed Delivery
SMS delivery is not guaranteed. Message delivery may depend on mobile carriers, third-party providers, phone number status, filtering systems, registration status, recipient settings, device availability, network conditions, and other factors outside Review Credible's control.
Messages may be delayed, blocked, filtered, or undelivered.
14. Third-Party Carriers and Providers
Review Credible may use third-party SMS providers, carriers, CRM systems, automation platforms, and related tools to send or support SMS communications.
Third-party providers and mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Review Credible is not responsible for interruptions, outages, filtering, carrier restrictions, platform changes, account limitations, or delivery issues caused by third-party providers or carriers.
15. Privacy and Data Use
Information collected through SMS communications may include phone numbers, message content, opt-in records, opt-out records, timestamps, delivery status, interaction history, and related communication data.
Review Credible may use this information to send messages, manage opt-outs, provide services, support compliance, respond to inquiries, troubleshoot delivery issues, and improve communication workflows.
Mobile opt-in information and SMS consent data will not be sold or shared with third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

16. Prohibited SMS Uses
You may not use Review Credible SMS workflows for:
- Sending spam
- Sending messages without required consent
- Sending misleading or deceptive messages
- Buying reviews
- Creating fake reviews
- Manipulating review platforms
- Impersonating customers
- Harassing or threatening recipients
- Sending unlawful marketing messages
- Sending prohibited content
- Ignoring opt-out requests
- Violating carrier, platform, or legal requirements
Review Credible may suspend or terminate SMS-related services if misuse is suspected.
17. Changes to SMS Terms
Review Credible may update these SMS Terms from time to time. When updates are made, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
Continued use of SMS communications after changes are posted means you acknowledge the updated SMS Terms.
